Fees

At Moxy Property Consultants, we believe in transparent, straightforward pricing. Below you will find details of our fees for each of our services.

Sales Fees

Our sales fee is charged as a percentage of the agreed sale price and is only payable upon successful completion of your sale.

A sole agency agreement is required. Our standard contract period is 12 weeks. Full details will be provided in your written agreement prior to marketing.

Lettings Fees — Landlords

We offer a range of lettings packages to suit your needs, from tenant find only through to full property management.

All fees are clearly outlined in your lettings agreement before any work commences. There are no hidden charges.

Lettings Fees — Tenants

In accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019, the only permitted payments we may request from tenants are:

A holding deposit of no more than one week's rent to reserve a property.

A security deposit of no more than five weeks' rent where the annual rent is below £50,000.

Payments for utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax.

Default charges for late payment of rent or lost keys, as set out in the tenancy agreement.

Mortgage Referral

We may refer you to a third party mortgage adviser. We may receive a referral fee for doing so. Any such fee will be disclosed to you in advance and does not affect the advice you receive.
